Alyson Lush, Senior at Juniata College, Graduated May 17

Three hundred and seventy-two seniors were awarded Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees on Saturday, May 17, during ceremonies marking Juniata College's 136th Commencement.

Among the graduates is the following local student:

Alyson Laney Lush of Spring Mills, daughter of Frederica W. Lush and , received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies. While at Juniata, she studied abroad in the Gambia and Ecuador, served as a Finnegan Fellow in Pennsylvania Department of Aging, and was inducted into the Juniata Honor Society. Lush is a 2009 graduate of Penns Valley Area Senior High School.
