Hillary Palmer, Senior at Juniata College, Graduated May 17

Three hundred and seventy-two seniors were awarded Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees on Saturday, May 17, during ceremonies marking Juniata College's 136th Commencement.

Among the graduates is the following local student:

Hillary Linda Palmer of Fayetteville, daughter of Gail M. Noren and Rodney S. Palmer, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in studio art, emphasis in human studies. While at Juniata, she made First Team All Conference two straight years on the swim team, was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa and the National Society for Leadership and Success, and studied abroad in Lille, France. Palmer is a 2010 graduate of Fayette County High School.
