Kelsey Kohrs, Senior at Juniata College, Graduated May 17

Three hundred and seventy-two seniors were awarded Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees on Saturday, May 17, during ceremonies marking Juniata College's 136th Commencement.

Among the graduates is the following local student:

Kelsey Alison Kohrs of Honesdale, daughter of Randal J. Kohrs and Suzanne B. Kohrs, received a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science with secondary emphasis in fine arts. While at Juniata, she studied abroad in The Gambia, Africa, the Galapagos, Ecuador, Pondicherry, India, and Bocas del Toro, Panama, served internships with Science in Motion and Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute and participated in a Ceramic Outreach Mosaic Project with the Huntingdon Area High School. Kohrs is a 2010 graduate of Honesdale High School.
