Sarah L Holmgren of Hummelstown Graduates from Juniata College

Three hundred and twelve seniors were awarded Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees on Saturday, May 18, during ceremonies marking Juniata College's 135th commencement.

Among the graduates is the following local student:

Sarah L Holmgren of Hummelstown, daughter of Mark and Karen Holmgren, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a secondary emphasis in Psychology and she was president of HOSA and fruit and wine club her senior year. Sarah Studied abroad in the summer of 2013 in Orizaba, Mexico and she will be starting her Masters in Physician Assistant at Saint Francis University this May. Sarah was also inducted into the Tri-Beta Honor Society. Holmgren is a 2009 graduate of Lower Dauphin Senior High School.
